Awalnya rada ragu,karena takut nantinya gak empuk juga takut gak kalis, maklum nguleninnya pake tangan yg kurus kering,heheheh.. Tapi klo gak dicoba ya gak tau kan?! Setelah dicoba, alhamdulillah hasilnya empuk,enak bangettt deh.
Di resep asli di isi ama garlic,cuma karena ada sisa ganache dark choc dan milk choc, jadi isiannya saya pake ganache dark choc 2:1(dark choc:whipcream) dan ganache milk choc 1:1 untuk taburan atasnya. Resep asli saya bagi dua supaya ngulennya gak berat-berat amat.

Chocolate roll without egg (setelah saya ubah dikittt)
Ingredients:
Plain flour 1,5cup
Warm water 1/2cup
Yeast 1/2tsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil 1,5 tbsp
Method:
-mix all together except oil, knead until get a smooth dough
-add oil,knead until the dough springs back when you press it
-place the dough in an oiled cling bowl and leave to rise until doubled in size
-knock down the risen dough then roll it into a rectangular
-spread ganache (2:1) and roll it
-cut the dough into 6 equal parts
-place the rolls in pan
-brush top of the roll with milk and spread ganache (1:1)
-leave to prove for 20minutes
-bake for 25minutes
